This Privacy Notice is designed to help you understand everything you need to know about the what, why and how’s of our data gathering and processing operations, and what your legal rights are. We hope you’ll take some time to read this document; we’ve tried to keep it all as simple as possible and we will keep you informed if there are any changes to the way we process your personal data in the future, before making them. Mēku takes its responsibility of protecting your data very seriously and we do advise you get to know our practices – If there’s anything in this policy you don’t understand or if you want to ask any questions, please feel free to contact our team members, using a written Notecard, do not send Instant Messages. Second Life has certain limitations that will prevent them from reading your requests, Notecards are always delivered.

So what data do we collect from you? Simply your avatar information using the provided public API from Linden Labs, Avatar Username and Avatar UUID Key. This data is not used for anything else but to improve your experience within our platform. We do not sell, share or give away any of your account information to any 3rd Party company, except Linden Labs if required and if only any illegal action has been committed by you, such as fraud among other illegal actions. Your client data, if any, purchases, information, stats and other functions will never be used by us, except to process information back to you to help you run your business smoothly. It is under your control to manage this data anytime. You may delete, edit and manipulate the data as you see fit, but, you must also respect the same Privacy Policy with your clients, keeping them secured and confidential. The same Privacy that applies to you, also applies to anyone who is using your services with our platforms.

Our web servers store minor browser parameters solely to remember session statuses and maintain safe cryptographic handshake links between the portal and secure external grid delivery interfaces. LSL Scripts deployed in-grid communicate with our dedicated databases over HTTPS with randomized challenge-response parameters to guarantee zero sniffing or unauthorized logging of dynamic coordinates.

Welcome to Mēku. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Avatar" or "Client") and Mēku ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following conditions. Mēku is dedicated to excellence. Unlike "as-is" services, we stand by the following pillars: Guarantee of Quality: Mēku warrants that the services provided will be performed with professional diligence and meet the high standards of quality described in our service documentation. Continuous Improvement: The User acknowledges and agrees that the service is dynamic. Mēku commits to refining, updating, and enhancing the its platforms and products, services and other solutions over time to ensure the best possible user experience and technical performance.

User Obligations & Conduct: To maintain the integrity of the Mēku ecosystem, Users agree to: Provide accurate and truthful information. Use the service only for lawful purposes. Respect the intellectual property rights of Mēku and its partners. Mēku maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that harm our community or legal standing. Your access to the service may be cancelled or terminated immediately, without prior notice or warning, if: Rule Violations: You breach any provision of these Terms or Mēku’s internal community guidelines. Illegal Activity: You use the service to engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that is deemed illegal under local, state, national, or international law as well any Second Life Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, any of these apply. Harmful Practices: You engage in behavior that Mēku, at its sole discretion, deems harmful to the platform’s security, reputation, or other users.

Consequences of Cancellation: Upon termination for cause (violation of rules or illegal activity): All licenses granted to the User cease immediately. Access to User data or stored content may be permanently revoked. Mēku reserves the right to report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. While Mēku guarantees quality of service, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the User's misuse of the platform or for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure beyond our control.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mēku is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Our Avatar contacts are available to you in your Control Panel, you may contact any of them by written notecard, instant messages and direct chat, voice calls will all be ignored. By creating and continuing to use Mēku services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Mēku reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or change the prices and fees for any of its services at any given time. Any such pricing changes will apply to future service periods, renewals, or subsequent billing cycles.

In the event of a price adjustment, Mēku will provide notice to active users by publishing a prominent notification directly on the website of the affected service. This website notification will be posted at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of your current active service term, billing cycle, or subscription period.

Your continued access to or use of the services after the price change takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the new pricing terms. If you do not agree to the modified pricing, you must cancel your service or disable auto-renewal prior to the expiration of your current term.
