Welcome to Mēku. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Avatar" or "Client") and Mēku ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

1. Our Commitment: Quality & Evolution

Mēku is dedicated to excellence. Unlike "as-is" services, we stand by the following pillars:

Guarantee of Quality: Mēku warrants that the services provided will be performed with professional diligence and meet the high standards of quality described in our service documentation.

Continuous Improvement: The User acknowledges and agrees that the service is dynamic. Mēku commits to refining, updating, and enhancing the platform over time to ensure the best possible user experience and technical performance.

2. User Obligations & Conduct

To maintain the integrity of the Mēku ecosystem, Users agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Mēku and its partners.

3. Immediate Termination & "No Warning" Clause

Mēku maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that harm our community or legal standing. Your access to the service may be cancelled or terminated immediately, without prior notice or warning, if:

- Rule Violations: You breach any provision of these Terms or Mēku’s internal community guidelines.
- Illegal Activity: You use the service to engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that is deemed illegal under local, state, national, or international law as well any Second Life Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, any of these apply.
- Harmful Practices: You engage in behavior that Mēku, at its sole discretion, deems harmful to the platform’s security, reputation, or other users.

4. Consequences of Cancellation

Upon termination for cause (violation of rules or illegal activity):

- All licenses granted to the User cease immediately.
- Access to User data or stored content may be permanently revoked.

Mēku reserves the right to report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Mēku guarantees quality of service, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the User's misuse of the platform or for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mēku is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Our Avatar contacts are available to you in your Control Panel, you may contact any of them by written notecard, instant messages and direct chat, voice calls will be ignored.

Acceptance

By creating and continuing to use Mēku services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Second Life® and Linden Labs® and the inSL Logo are Trademarks of Linden Research, Inc. Mēku is not related or represent any of them, we simply develop in-world products. All our Products, Services and Solutions that we offer are intended to users with more then 18 years old. Our contents may vary from General, Moderate to Adult. Once you buy one of our items and after you receive it under your inventory we cannot return your L$ balance, all sales are final unless you made a duplicated purchase or payment for the same exact item.

Providing Support:

Mēku provides extensive support to our Clients. We made a Support section inside your Control Panel, ready to assist you and our Support Staff is available for contact, only and by written Notecard sent. We do not reply to Instant Messages due the Second Life system limitations, your message sent, may be capped and not read my our working members.
